To register for any of the Ottawa Out Golfing Group (OOGG) rounds of golf listed below, please contact the coordinator at 1-888-484-9118, ext.101, or rmeagher@istar.ca. In addition, if you join our Facebook group you will have the opportunity to arrange your own rounds of golf with other Ottawa Out Golfing Group members at any time.

Place	Canadian Golf & Country Club 7800 Golf Club Way ( formerly Highway 7) Ashton, ON K0A 1B0 613-253-3290 http://www.canadiangolfclub.com/index.aro Canadian Golf and Country Club is located just 30 minutes west of downtown Ottawa. The 6,324 yard championship layout is equally forgiving for the novice golfer as it is challenging for the more accomplished player. The golf course features a full-service practice facility complete with driving range and chipping / putting green, washroom facilities at numerous locations around the golf course, and all golf carts are equipped with GPS units. The clubhouse is nicely appointed with a reputable pro shop, canteen/restaurant, and shower facilities with towel service.

Format	- Scramble (sometimes referred to as ‘best ball’) - Women play from women's tees - Men play from men's tees - Team can be any combination of men and women (e.g. 3 men and 1 woman, all women, etc.) - Team should consist of three or four players

Prizes and Donations	Special mention will be made for: 1. Lowest scoring all female team (low gross) 2. Lowest scoring all male team (low gross) 3. Lowest scoring mixed team (low gross) 4. Longest drive – men and women 5. Closest to the hole – men and women Top placing teams will have their names engraved on the following magnificent trophy: The Ottawa Out Golfing Group would like to thank the following organizations and persons for supporting the tournament through prize or monetary donations:
Dinner	Dinner and prize give-aways will follow the round of golf, at the golf course. We intend to start the meal at 6:30pm. Your buffet meal will include: - Meal details to be confirmed in Spring 2010 We strive to ensure the meal will also meet our vegetarian guests' needs.
Cost and Payment	Your fee (TBD) will include: - green fees - power cart - dinner - free access to, and use of, driving range and practice facility (including balls) - all taxes and gratuities - the time of your life...which is priceless! There will also be a dinner only option available at a cost (TBD). Payment in full accepted by July 31. Various payment options will be available for you upon registration (see below). Refunds possible up to, and including, July 31.

To register, please provide your full name, phone number you can be reached at if needed, email address, or the same for each member of your team, if registering a team. Deadline for registration is July 31. We welcome your non-golfing partner, spouse, companion, significant other, or friend’s participation in the day. If your partner, spouse, companion, significant other, or friend would like to join the dinner portion of the day, please register their attendance for the dinner (see ‘cost and payment’ above).
